The Residences

Sleek.
Soft.
Modern.

The residences at Dahlia encapsulate modernism at its best, with a warmth that feels like home.

Envisioned for those who appreciate quality design, each residence features original touches that make it feel personal and unique. The 7-1/2" wide plank floors are natural in feel. Multiple exposures capture light from all angles, and neutral tones establish a relaxed elegance. This is design meant to inspire.

The interior design of the building is harmonious with the architectural approach, blending uptown living with a downtown aesthetic. Rooms feel modern in attitude, enriched with crafted details that provide warmth and materiality.

The Living Room

Generous.
Light-flooded.
Open.

The living rooms of Dahlia are filled with brilliant light.

Most homes having multiple exposures with angled lightskirts, delivering views across, up and down the street from oversized windows. Open and airy, Dahlia’s layouts offer a sense of space not commonly seen in this pre-war heavy neighborhood.

The Kitchen

The modern kitchen is the focal point of all activity in Dahlia’s homes.

The culinary center is framed in Calacatta Novus quartz trim, which is also used on the island with a waterfall edge. This beautiful material is the perfect marriage of nature and technology – as durable as it is low-maintenance. Juxtaposed against this, the custom gray glass cabinetry makes an original statement. Simplified and striking, all at the same time.

The Master Bathroom

Thoughtful.
Bright.
Beautiful.

Harmonious sophistication – that is the essence of the Master Bathroom.

The Dolimiti marble-clad escape exhibits the level of quality that makes Dahlia so special. Imported custom European wall tiles in an articulated pattern echo the building façade. The double vanity is distinctive, with a Dolimiti marble waterfall edge. Curated hardware and custom light fixtures elevate the space, as do touches such as the full-length shelf under the edge-to-edge medicine cabinets that maximizes storage space.

Secondary Bathroom

Tiled. Textural.
Custom.

In the Secondary Bathroom, Savoy ceramic tile by Ann Sacks is the star.

The design has a complex, tactile feel that can be found throughout the building. A light oak vanity with integrated sink has a modern, minimal feel. Sleek light fixtures and finishes are testament to the level of consideration that has gone into every aspect of these homes.

Powder Room

Intimate.
Eye-catching.
Unforgettable.

The chic Powder Room makes an immediate impression on guests, through the use of a thick slab of stunning Grey Argento marble on the cantilevered vanity. Dramatic lighting above and below highlights the detailing throughout the stone and the sculptural Dornbracht hardware.
